Full orders must be shipped back within 7 working days by the customer at their own cost along with proper documents or product defects and digital photographs so that the order can be reprinted correctly. If the fault is at the client’s end and still they want a refund, they will have to send us back the printed job, a chargeback will be provided after deducting the product’s setup and shipping cost from the company.
